"Well, let me give you the “Cliff Notes” version of a long journey to finding Matt Godfrey’s insurance, I have lived in my home for eight years next month, during that time I had had a few claims, totally beyond my control, all weather related! So my insurance skyrocketed, at the same time my property value increased beyond my expectations, thankfully, which of course increased the taxes…So ultimately the escrow increased to what I originally paid for one year I was paying per each month! Yikes! Now not too much I can control the taxes, but started looking for new insurance . From MANY hours of online searching along with lots of phone calls and texts the rates I was quoted were ALWAYS, higher than my current rate. Fast forward to a recommendation from my lovey next door neighbor, I called Matt’s office about a month ago, and to my surprise, my homeowners policy went from $3700 per year to $2100 per year, and was only able to save $20, on the auto policy, but overall, Hall, my agent was able to save me $ 1750 per year or $145 per month! Happy dance!!! This is too long for a “long story short” but as a widow on fixed income, that’s HUGE…my apology for my dissertation, just call them and you will be pleasantly received and save money!"

"It’s honestly surprising how far basic courtesy can go, and unfortunately that was completely missing with the Godfreys. They came across as consistently arrogant, dismissive, and uninterested in any kind of respectful interaction. There was lack of patience and a tone that felt unnecessarily condescending and rude throughout our brief interaction. Their demeanor was disrespectful and condescending the entire time, making it clear they had no interest in listening or treating others with even a minimal level of decency. It’s rare to come across someone so unpleasant and difficult to deal with. Respect and decency don’t cost anything, but in this case, they were clearly in short supply. I wouldn’t choose to interact with them again. I would strongly caution others—if you value being treated with basic respect, this is not someone you’ll want to interact with."
